[Venton Unibox HDx] Can I still get older images from somewhere ?

Hi,

I have vu Duo and Venton HD2. The Venton has been troublesome since day 1 and I really just left it. Mrs was not happy about this and I now await return arrangements from sponsor.

The Venton had various Zeus, and Helios 15,16 and 17 images installed in an attempt to rectify problem, (negative pictures on SD only) but either locked up at booting or the remote would not work. Needless to say the Duo was left untouched and is running 808 perfectly.

Can I still obtain older imaged for my Venton once repaired ?....and if so, where ? Not available on Openvix.

you will be very hard pressed to find Vix 808 images unless someone has some saved locally on their PCs as they have all been deleted.

with no access to the feeds getting 808 set up on a freshly installed image will be a nightmare.. if i was you i would wait for it to come back from WoS and see how it performs

O.K. Will take your advice then. It's not working right anyway so no great problem.

the problem you will have with images not sourced from here is you wont know what could be hiding in them such as dubious plugins and such like and if source this way wont be able to be supported here

Did look but could not find Venton image. Plenty VU !!!

There is older vix images hear to I havnt tryed any my self as everything is working on my vent on on Zeus I'm just waiting for the new vix updated image to be release and I flash
