[ET9x00] Can not use and leave teletext anymore

Hello,

after flashing my new et9000 box with "ViX-2.3-20111207" everything works fine.

But after doing an online extentions/package/plugin update I can not leave teletext mode anymore. The teletext mode is entered and page 100 is displayed but the box ignores all further input from remote and even the power button.

The only thing which helps me out is telnet / reboot.

What happens there during the update process, which causes teletext mode to be not operable any more?

Thanks in advance. Aside from this I am very happy with ViX image.

There was a thread yesterday detailing this and It's a problem with the newest hardware drivers from xtrend, as the update contained these drivers.

you will have to go back to the previous drivers.

After installing an Hauppauge WinTV Ministick as third tuner, this problem happens again. The Ministick works perfect (DVBT receiver, called "freeview" in UK. But it seems that the necessary driver for that device has a similar bug.

Solved after online update today.

yes punisher tested this yesterday or the day before with a fix andy worked up.
