cannot stream using vu+player outside of network

Hi all

I have the vu+ solo2 box running blackhole. I have set my router up with port forwarding so that I can watch my channels via the vu+ vu player app
Now I can access the box with the app, I can see all my channels in bouquets etc but whenever I click on a channel and click stream I always get an error message something like

Unknown media error this stream/ channel etc etc

Anybody know jow I can solve this?

Port 80 8001 and 8002 are forwarded on my router I think and iv enabled authenticatio on the webif part on the reciever itself

Just an update iv just looked in google play store and vu+ player doesnt seem to be in their anymore guessing this is tge reason im getting tge error messages

This is not the reason, are you sure your ports are open ? Do you have good upload /download speeds ? What device are you using ?
