Strange problem yesterday, i've had my card in the top slot for some time using Oscam and its worked perfectly until yesterday when it stopped working, looking at the oscam log it recognised the card but then displayed 'Could not read reader->convention'. Tried the card back in its original receiver and it was fine, updated oscam still didn't work - in the end i swapped the card to the lower slot and changed the oscam config and it works.
Can the card slots die, is it possible that a 'lock' file is lurking somewhere ? if the slot has died what happens it the lower slot also dies, are the card readers in a Vu+Duo an item which can be replaced ?
