[VU+ Duo2] Channel change timer freezes box

If I use a recording timer with the option "channel change and record" or "channel change" only, the spinning wheel turns infinitely and the box freezes. I know it worked in an earlier Hades version. Is there any help out there ? I am a complete beginner, pls. make clear what to do.
