Check tuner configuration !

Hi,

After some help please,...... box working fine for couple of months since installation, moved furniture around yesterday, unplugged box, re set up, now 0 channels etc !! just same message repeatedly, ' service unavailable, check tuner configuration'

Tried scans, bouquets, channel lists but just can't get anything back working ? Network Test fine, on demand TV fine, just no channels ?

Any help greatly appreciated. Thanks
