Service unavailable! Check tuner configuration! ISSUE

Hi !
I have a Vu+ Duo box and everything was fine with it but I loaded it up this morning and was greeted with the "service unavailable! Check tuner configuration!" Message and I can't get it to work again! All channels greyed out and have n/a on them!

I have gone to menu-> setup-> service searching-> tuner configuration.

Tuner A: config mode : simple
Mode : simple
Satellite : 28.2E
Send DiSEqC : no

Tuner B is same set up! Any help ASAP would be appreciated !

Was it OpenPLi that you loaded?

I think it was yea!

I'm currently doing a manual scan on the satellite to see, it is picking up channels as it scans so hopefully this may fix it!

Perform an update, they added a nw version of lamedb, that has caused an issue which has apparently been fixed.
