Confused.com boxes

I have a very simple question,,,, if money was no object and you are looking for a good PVR twin tuner,,, what would you get and why? need to get some feedback as I am very confused at the moment,,, money is an object but just want to see what you guys recommend


Currently looking at a vu solo2,,,,,,

what is the difference between a vu solo and vu duo??? as this also confuses me..

any help would be greatly appreciated before I head to the WOS shop )))))))))))))))))

VU SOLO is the older single tuner box. VU DUO is its compatriot dual tuner box.

just to throw something else into the mix there is a VU Uno which is a single tuner but better specs and a VFD - you can make it into a twin tuner as the tuner is a PNP.

The SOLO2 is by far the best box on the market and imho the best bang for bucks you can get.


If money is an issue the Technonate TM2 is worth looking at as it is a value for money box but if I was in your position it would be a SOLO2 for me or possiably the Gigablue Quad
