[ViX_Misc] Constant reboot after installing "webinterface"

hi there,can anybody help me!!!!!
i was trying to get an app to work on my iPad called vu+.
it said to go into plugins on the vu box download extensions> webinterface which i did.
when this was done turn off vu box and reboot, which i have done. all it does now is keep on trying to reboot and give me an on screen message telling me to reboot the box and to send this error code to vixlogs. so at moment have lost all my tv, and any tips how to send the error log. any help with this would be much appreciated.

YOU DO NOT NEED TO DOWNLOAD WEBINTERFACE. IT IS ALREADY PREINSTALLED WITH VIX!!

You will either need to;
A/ If you are familiar with ftp, you will need to access your receiver and delete what you have just installed.
Or
B/ Fresh flash ViX using a usb stick with the latest ViX image on it. Latest image available is ViX 4.1-009.

hi andy, thanks for your quick reply, the box doesnt respond to the remote control at all because the blue circle is spinning around all the time. any suggestions?
