Important information regarding Coronavirus (Covid-19)
(Last updated 6:00am 24/03/20.)
We are still open online and delivering but as the need to support social distancing increases, we have taken the decision to close our warehouse to any customer collections, trade or retail as of Friday 20th March. We have implemented a number of measures for the health & safety of our staff to continue to provide a service to you, our customers.
Our courier partners have updated their delivery processes and
implemented extra delivery precautions due to coronavirus.
Our telephone lines are open during office hours, but we request that if you need support for a product that you have already purchased or would like to purchase please open a support ticket HERE.
We are facing challenging times, daily life feels like we’re stuck in a bad dream or we’re stuck in a sci-fi movie plot, in reality things are being done to halt the spread of COVID-19. Please follow our government guidelines to help the NHS and keep safe!
We will be reviewing the situation on a daily basis.
