yes i did it i ordered a AB PULSE REV 11 and crashed it through not knowing how to install it.

LOGFILE/HOME/ROOT/LOGS/ENIGMA2_CRASH.2026-07-27_13-20-55.

What do i do now.

What is the question?

Menu > Setup > ViX > Image Manager > YELLOW, download an image, press BLUE to flash it.

why would you buy a box that you did not know how to use??? This " LOGFILE/HOME/ROOT/LOGS/ENIGMA2_CRASH.2026-07-27_13-20-55." means nothing.

You have to say what you tried to do and then it may be possible to get box back. Did you download and unzip the correct file to a usb or did the box come with an image installed, did you buy it from WOS? The list is endless, box too good to scrap.

In addition to describing what you were trying to do, use an FTP program like FileZilla, navigate to /home/root/logs and transfer the crash log to your PC. Then upload it here as an attachment.

If you had not set a password previously, you will have to set it by command line using Putty or similar. Have a search on the forum.

All Enigma2 receivers work in more or less the same way barring some hardware differences. Don't be despondent, you will get there.

no too complicated for me i will box it up till i find someone local who could help me, thanks all

If you think you can't do it, you'll never be able to. There are plenty of people here to help you.

Does the receiver boot or does it continuously reboot? What were you trying to do when it crashed?

no it reboots ok and i have scanned in the channels on 28.2 east all ok, as i lost the original meridian settings that it came with. I will continue to work with it but slowly

and i wont venture too far without hopefully someone can help me in the near future.
Thank you all concerned
