Hi having an issue that was also on Zues and has migrated to Helios.

If i have a planned recording at say 3pm and i put my box into standby prior to the recording starting as im going out. When i get home after the recording has finished and press the power button to start the box i get a system crash and the box reboots.

it only happens when a recording takes place whilst the box is in standby (not deep standby).

i have attached a crash log

any help appreciated. It been like this since a fresh install on Zues and now happening on all my builds of helios. just not had the time to dig any further. Any help would be greatly aprreciated as i cant make head nor tail of the crash log

If you restored settings from Zeus when going to Helios, it may be wise to do complete fresh install, as bug could have been transferred with the restore.

Yes restored setting from Zeus but this was present on Zeus also

Exactly......you're Zeus image may not have installed correctly and when you've backed it up, you've backed up the bug also, so when you've upgraded to Helios you subsequently installed the bug also.

Anybody able to have a look at the log before I go for a fresh install.

It's a timeshift crash. Some changes have been made to this code in recent builds, not sure which build numbers though.
Best to do a fresh flash of a current Helios build & let us know if you still have this issue.

no probs. Will do cheers for looking at it Judge
