Due and EPG

Just setting up my new Vu Duo and when I go to set up the epg with either Internal hdd or usb as storage I get an error CrossEPG error : No valid NIM found

How are your tuners configured?

Both on 28 east

and you have a working feed going to each of them?

Just to input 1 at the moment

Then the second tuner should be set to loopthrough.
