Duel Recording Problem

Hi People, I've migrated from a Dreambox 7000 to the Vu+Solo2. Have set my Diseqc motorised dish up perfectly and installed a twin LNB. I've looped LNB A through the motor.

I have the Vix Apollo image tuners as Tuner A = Loopthrough & Tuner B as positioner.

Now with two LNBs I thought I would be able to record two channels on the same satellite, but when I record one channel, and try to switch, it warns me there aren't any available tuners to switch to; what am I doing wrong?

Tuner A should be set to motor and Tuner B should be set to second cable from motorised LNB.

You said you have a twin lnb. Is it correct to assume you have two cables connected?

If so, second tuner (one not connected to motor) should be configured as 2nd cable of motorised. Not loop through.

I didn't see these options in the simple installation, are they in the expert option?

That option is only viewable if one of the other tuners is set to use a motor.
