EPG Help Please

Hi i have a technomate Twin running Vix 1.21

For some reason i have lost all my EPG dispute refeshing epg and running epg downlaoder, it seems to run a bar saying parsing events then it just crashes, i have tried to download it on to a usb drive instead but still no joy. Any help would be great

Which exact image are you using? Menu > Information > about

What settings are you using for your EPG, especiallly the location.

hi mate thanks for the reply i have a look now but its stuck in parsing events again so i will reboot and check mate

i cant find were the image info might be i have follwed the path in the image info it says

apollo build 127? Virtusso image extreme

epg location i have made it go to the media USB because i cant get it to work on my hardrive

Sounds correct. Have a look at section 4 of the Vix manual. Make sure you are not missing a step or using two differnt sources.
