Just one little question about XMLTV import configuration, shall I disable automatic import or do a daily update & if yes, which source do I have to select?

For 28.2 do not use xmltv import. Just use CrossEPG downloader. There is an option to schedule download in the configure menu.

As suggested above Open TV for UK.
Rytec UK XMLTV does provide more info like season & show number (in episode title), but IMO looks messy in EPG.
Pick the one that you prefer & use that. Don't use both as one just overwrites the other & downloading both at the same time is bound to cause issues.
