[OS-mini] EPG-Refresh losing data

Since upgrading to 4.2 I can't get a reliable EPG using EPG-Refresh.

Over time channels start losing information or if I reboot they will lose information. Running the epg-refresh manually once again populates all the channels.

Could someone point me in the right direction to where to look for the problem. It all looks like how I had it configured before upgrading to 4.2.
