[GiGaBlue HD800SE+] error while flashing

My friend bought a gigablue hd800se+
When flashing i get this error bad block 5 critical error.
I deleted video Dvd.tar.gz warning.bin initdr.bin then flashed the box then it flashed the image. Now when i tried to update to 057 the box will not. How can i solve this

Bad blocks are normal. Download an image from openvix.co.uk and flash by USB

The image was downloaded from openvix.co.uk
And flashed as required. If i deleted some fikes in the gigablue folder before flashin the box flashes successfully. I have to remove the dvd.tar.gz for the box to flash.

You should not need to delete anything from the folder for it to flash.
Do you have the latest bootloader installed in your receiver, 24thJuly 2014?
