Favourites Bouquet and Changing Channel Numbers

I've finally set up the Favourites bouquet using both OpenWebIf and via the GigaBlue menu system.
I've also hidden some bouquet sections - Children, Shopping and Regional on Freesat UK in the ABM section. I haven't hidden any in the Sky section.

1. How do I get Favourites TV to be displayed first when I use the Guide button on handset??

2. The channel numbering has gone haywire.
In "Freesat UK - All Channels" 101 used to be BBC1 SD. It is now ITV+1 and BBC 1 is now 90.
In my new created "Favourites (TV)" bouquet, BBC 1 HD is 2990.

3. I've tried the alternate numbering mode, and all bouquets now start at 1. But "Freesat UK - All Channels" still start at 90??

4. I'm also missing the epg grid graphic for ITV Meridian Thames HD?? I would like to find and add it??

Have you considered making your own favourites.xml that you just copy to /usr/lib/enigma2/python/Plugins/SystemPlugins/AutoBouquetsMaker/custom?
You can name and number the bouquets as you like then.

I've attached a new favourites.xml with up to date numbering and one of the picons in the zip file should work.

1. In ABM, the question about "create main bouquet" has a yes(custom) option. You can then select which non-ABM bouquet will be first.
