[VU+ Duo] Flash Memory almost full

Hey guys,

I just noticed that I have only 3mb of a possible 101mb flash memory still available on my Vu+ Duo receiver. I fear this may be a result of the box downloading EPGs and not recognising the External USB which I had inputted. Is there a way to clear some of the flash memory? Is this even a problem?
