[TM-NANO-3T COMBO] FPGA firmware update?

Got my new box yesterday, I believe both tuners were working when I first plugged it in, I set up the box and then done an update, noticed later on last night that Tuner B was dead and Tuner A is working, I've tried swapping cables about, checked the feeds coming out of the LNB, tested the cables in another box to verify signal works.

I've tried re-flashing Vix Apollo 108, i've also tried the latest 4D image to see if that will help but Tuner B seems to stay dead, I seen while googling if the FPGA firmware is corrupted this can cause Tuner errors, when I flash VIX does this update the FPGA for the tuners?

I've checked inside the box and can't see any blown fuses or caps but it's really frustrating me how Tuner B won't pick up a signal, hoping to resolve it myself rather than wait till the 5th Jan for a replacement from the Sponsors shop.

There is no such thing as a FPGA update for this receiver so you dont need to worry about that
