[VU+ Duo] Getting channels back for beginners

I have a vu plus duo box running black hole firmware, the image is enigma 2.
My sky channels no longer work! Please help. I am not familiar with a lot of the technical language and shorthand used on the forum.
I have flash fxp and dream box edit software on laptop. I have the channel list I want to install to my vu plus duo but don't know the correct way to do this. I have probably left out some information in order for you guys to help me but any help would be much appreciated!

Have you put a card in your box and installed a softcam?

Whilst you may get some help here this forum is a VIX one so you may get more help on how to do this on Blackhole on the Blackhole site.

i dont have a card, i have a c line. do you know address of blackhole site?

We don't do C-Line talk here. We only assist with FTA and people with their own cards.
