We really need more information.
what are you doing exactly, how are you playing the playlist, whats in the playlist…. Debug log?

I updated my Gigablue Quad UHD 4K Pro to version 6.08.006 via the image manager. After the update, I attempted to switch from Freeview to my sports channels; however, no channels were displayed for several days. I was wondering what has gone wrong but I didn't see any changes during the update it finished successfully. I deleted the playlist and attempted to add it again, resulting in the following message: "There has been a URLError. Please try again later. If this issue persists, please consult openvix.co.uk or world-of-satellite.com. I click on plugin to download another playlist to use, yet it was just scrolling for more than 25 minutes without anything changes. I also flash the box with an earlier image and after flashing yet I cannot add any playlist through the URL. Please I need help from anyone.

ViX doesn't supply playlists so where are you trying to download them from?

Your post doesn't explain what you are doing. You need to describe the exact steps and provide supporting screen grabs.

Most likely the network connection is configured wrong. Look in Menu > Information > Network and ensure it is showing a WAN IP.

I am aware that openvix.co.uk does not provide playlists; however, playlists can be downloaded via plugins. The playlist I was using prior to experiencing the issue is Bouquet Maker Xtream.
Additionally, I have verified my network connection. My device is connected via LAN.

I said make sure you have the Wan IP displayed in that screen.

If you can't connect to an IPTV provider, either for channels or a playlist, it means either you have no WanIP, or the provider is down, or the provider does not accept connections from your IP.

Thank you to everyone who contributed ideas to help resolve the issue. I had to reconfigure my network adapter settings, which was the primary cause of the network malfunction and subsequently prevented my device from receiving channels and playlists.
