green screen when setting up swap manager

loaded all the latest updates this morning, sorted epg and picons and rebooted. so the last thing to do was to setup swap manager. but when i try to set it up i get an immediate green screen screen. crash logs included. thanks.

apologies, first time to load an attachment so it took a few minutes of reading to figure. attachment now available

Please explain at what point your getting a green screen. As soon as you access Device manager? Or after pressing certain buttons?

Where are you trying to create the swapfile too? Is the device mounted in Mount manager?

trying to set it up to usb. usb is mounted and currently contains picons and epg. i can see it in device manager. type is W95 FAT32.

all ok now. managed to create swap. issue was that i pressed the create button while the system was still scanning for storage devices. this time i waited until storage devices were presented. my stupidity but in the end the system should not crash because of a daft irishman at the controls. and lets not mention the irish economy as a prime example of what can happen when the irish are let loose

LOL, as another Irish man, we have had enough crashes because of daft (being polite) Irish men at the controls...
lets hope we can change it finally tomorrow but looks unlikely.
