HDMI Audio output and Narrator Voice

Just helping a friend to set up formuler S mini and have encountered the following issues below, please any solutions will be very well appreciated.

A) this is currently connected via HDMI to a 5.2 AV receiver , the receiver has 5 speakers and a subwoofer, however the audio only comes out from the centre speaker, i have tried all the setting changes, swapped HDMI cables and ports on the AV receiver still no joy

B) There is a narrators voice on movies and i cant find a way to turn this off.

C) Does this Have ABM please? this is a deal breaker as scrolling through thousands of channels is annoying, if no ABM any work around please.

Hi,
A: try passthrough and downmix for audio out on STB.
B: turn off any sound modes. Select direct or pure direct for a start.

I know almost nothing about Android based boxes.
But it sounds like you need to select the main audio track rather than the audio with narration track (which includes sound but only mono or stereo).
The audio tracks often have names that don't really explain what they are, rather just how they are encoded.

Sorted out the issue with the narrator voice.

Still having to figure out the correct settings when connected to 5.2 channel AV receiver.

Will this ever have ABM? i feel like a mug recommending this box to him.
