[ViX_Misc] HDMI in settings missing on 155

As title, usually available when pressing either blue button

HDMI in full screen or HDMI in PiP

unless there's something I'm missing.

OP's issue was on Mut@nt 2400. This was in prefix. It got lost when I made it "Vix Misc"
