Help needed!

Hi,

I have just received my VU+ solo2 and need some advice, I have put my old S*y hdd into the VU+ but it does not show up, what am I doing wrong?

Also, I have done an automatic scan but only can see some freesat channels?

You need to mount the hdd first, press the blue button and go into vix setup. Sorry not in front of my receiver right now but you will see the option to mount using that path.

Tried to set up as you said but does not see the hdd?

You might need to reformat the od Sky hard drive on your PC first. The Sky hard drives can have extra partitions that need to be deleted first, then you should be able to format the wiped hard drive in FAT32. Use Windows Disk Management to do this.

When you put the drive into your Solo2 it should recognise the drive - then reformat to ext4 and mount it as mentioned above.

Still have aproblem with no $ly channels, put on ccam.cfg, all woring fine with server but no channels only freesat?
what I am doing wrong, have I missed something?
