[ET9x00] Installed Media Portal - which induces bootloop when trying to watch video

Hello,

Installed Helios last night (due to feeds being turned off for ver3) and installed the plugins today. Anyways, installed Media Portal then tried to watch a video but was unsuccessful as it froze and went into a boot loop, it got as far as the skin showing up then went back to restarting. Where do I send crashlogs to, and where do I get them from my box?

After not having to do any form of reflash for months with ver 3 --- I thinks I am going to be flashing my box every few days....

Crashlogs are saved to /home/root/logs/ by default.
To upload them here, click the Go advanced button under the post area & add attachment.

You can still FTP into the box & remove the plugin causing the crash, look in /usr/lib/enigma2/python/Plugins/Extensions/ remove it & the box should be back up & running.

or use the built in logs manager in the image it self, thats what it is there for after all. as for flashing the box every few days why ?, i have several boxes here that have not been flashed in weeks and work fine with online updates every time.

Issues like this are 99 percent of the time introduced by thirdparty plugins such as the closed source media portal plugin your using.
