[VU+ Ultimo] IPTV EPG Wont load

I am embarking on IPTV.

I do not want to know about the illegal side of things... This is a putty question, people have told me that Openvix will not allow me to upload the EPG link. Is this true? Or is it an error with EPG Importer?? Any techy help / Info around how to load this file would be fab as I am going crazy.
