[VU+ Duo2] Items not working after broadband changeover

Hi Guys/Gals,

I know I'm limited on what I can talk about but there is certain items on my box have stopped working after changing from Sly to vermin broadband, boxes are fully connected to the internet and are hardwired. There's a lot of channels that isn't working and i'm wondering would my router be blocking this??

Try disabling Web Safe / Virus Safe when logged in to My VirginMedia website

in ireland there are numerous named channels named that are not broadcasting at this present time but will come live at a different time of the year ,maybe uk might be the same?

unsure if you meant sat channels or cable channels?
