manage devices?

where is manage devices in latest vix?
i need to format usb in the box
also when i use fdisk or any command
in telnet it tells me command not found ?!

For usb and hdd, go to menu/setup/vix/mount manager, then green button to mount, as for telnet, i do believe is menu/setup/system/network/, then scroll to telnet setup.....
