Are you not testing anything in a build env? Why did you add binaries? What are they for? If they are arch specific you can't have an all arch recipe. Obviously the recipe is made for python plugins, without binaries.
Now it should work. All binaries removed from .zip and .tar.gz. They were song identification tools. C++ sources are under /tools/fpraw , but program works without them, only music detection is not available. All version binaries are included in .ipk, so it should work on many systems also.
