have received a notification to online update to build 64. Under the changelog it says drivers have been updated and a new kernel may need to be flashed?

Now i have test with MyMetrix installed and no crash will come in Mediaportal. But a test with five Streams in TSmedia also OK at this Time. :thumbsup:

It's only a kernel config update, and that only applies to the DUO & Solo.

Yes, segfaults.
So now you should revert to the state when it worked fine. From there on you should add items, say one every two days, to find the culprit.

Not a chance. I have uninstalled all plugins. Nevertheless, the box crashes.
The backup where everything worked crashes now also. Only a new clean image flash bring back working stream media.
I think at this time it is the best i go back to other Image and wait for a kernelupdate. The other image is indeed not done so well thought out, but with this image all work smoothly.

That can be a long wait, as there's no kernel update in the pipeline.

BTW: You used the Mediaportal from the feeds? And didn't update that version?

Yes, Mediaportal is from feed.

I have one idea it come from. Can it be due to manual via ftp restored user bouquet from VIX 3.0? if I remember correctly, this was the last thing I had changed before i do the backup.
Next rainy Day i will test without do this.

Hi,
mediainfo 2.2 seems to have problems with OpenViX.

My experience with HBBTV and VIX is that the plug-in caused my Miraclebox to respond very slowly to the remote (10+ seconds between a button press and the box responding). The associated Opera browser install resulted in freezes of 30+seconds when used. All cured by removing HBBTV.

Selecting download plugins from the Apollo Vix 64 menu on my Miraclebox gives the options for:

hbbtv (1.1-INI)
extensions-hbbtv extensions-hbbtv

This is the only information given - with no clues that it is incompatible with my box.

That is indeed strange.
Which one did you use?
I suggest to use the 1.1-INI, but first de-install the other one (if applicable) and reboot the box before installing this ons.
Or even better: make sure that after flashing the box the wrong one has never been installed.
