[VU+ Duo] no channels showing vu box

hi guys,

after trying to watch icefilms plugin in the morning there were no movies showing so i went into tsmedia and checked to see if their was an update available, in which the vu duo encountered a software problem and froze. i then unplugged the box and restarted but none of the channels are working but fta channels please help.

Blue button, softcam manager, choose cam and restart cam.
