[MB Premium Ultra] Openwebif Stalls Box.

Have Openwebif setup for remote streaming through the router from external networks via HTTPS.

1. All works fine - browse Openwebif > select the stream > use VLC to view
2. However when I close the webpage & close VLC the receiver hangs (VIX circling logo on the top left).

Box is still accessible via Telnet, however can NOT browse the box via browser and the receiver is not responsive.

Any ideas?

have you check whats going on with the box when it stalls?
run htop and check the cpus, ram, swap and see if anything is going on.

according to google it's an interactive process viewer for Linux

telnet onto the box and type htop.

I can't remember whether htop is there from the start. If it isn't there, then just install it with opkg.

This will show you amongst many other things.

• Load averages

Per Process

• CPU
• Memory
• Time Running
• Command

If your box is stalled yest you can still get into telnet,it sounds like it's either massively busy eating away at CPU, perhaps run out of memory, or E2 has crashed, but those are all just guesses!

Telnet doesn't recognise the command.

Will I find this under plugins? If so where?
