[VU+ Duo] Pause when selecting channel

Hi
When I select a channel from epg the program shows but then it goes off for about 3 seconds and I get a black screen, then the program apperars again them I can watch it.
Is there a setting I need to change to stop this pausing?
Got a vu+ duo
Vix 3.0
