Picture in picture starting automatically

Ive noticed over the last few days, something a bit strange happening, where the picture in picture feature starts automatically (sometimes) when i am watching a channel for 10 mins or so.

I also noticed it started last nite too when watching a movie on media player from external hard drive. This is a bit of a pain because i cant then press menu to disable pip.

Also worth noting too, when i do disable it from the menu it does come back on again later!!

Not sure if it is image related, but im using vix 2.1

not heard or seen this problem my self

you sure yr blue button on remote is working ok and not pressed in or sticky from spint coke/beer

also do u have MKB installed as that can clash with certain button configs

Lol no mate nothing spilt on blue button and not sticking, but checked anyway!! Not sure what MKB is?? Im using the SWAIN HD skin if thats any help to you

i ment to say MQB

multi quick button

try default skin for a while and see if it occures with that

then u will have more of an idea what it could be

and make it easier for us to look into it further

also if u have debug logs enabled look in

home/root for logs

if not enable it and get us logs next time it happenes

Ok silverfox..... ive tried using the standard skin, but getting same result

I think it may have something to do with the auto timer, strangley.

I noticed tonight when the PIP started to come on, after about the 3rd time of it starting and me then disabling it, around 30 secs later a message on screen came up

" timers added, 0 conflicts found etc etc"

After this the problem with PIP starting automatically stopped. I do remember this happening a few days ago to with the same outcome, after the timer message showing PIP stopped

Any ideas, or ideas on how to disable PIP completely?
