problem with playback of recording when time elapsed is greater than 60 mins and stop is applied spinning circle vix appears locking any further commands for 15 mins this problem has occurred for a while now and updates have not fixed the error I am sure I have mentioned this in a previous post there is no log produced with this and random spinning vix occurs watching tv again lockout occurs video continues during this error

Crash and debug logs are different. Enable debug logs (restart required to take effect). Upload the debug log next time you have issue.

Debug logs are enabled as I stated no log created for this error when debug log selected only logs are for a kodi error rebooting the gui

Only way of finding errors/issues is by getting debug/serial logs. Might mean nothing to you, but may mean something to others.

If you do not want to upload them, then that is fine.

No he is not being sarcastic, if you need help we need to see some debug logs otherwise we are just guessing and that helps no one, especially you.

I don't see any sarcasm in this thread.
If debug logs are enabled, they are created after a box or E2 restart. Look in /home/root/logs/ if you haven't changed the default location.

Debug log is a continuous log of what is going on. It is not a separate log per activity.

So its being produced according to you if its not in /home/root/ where is it as the default path is set by openvix to that, I think it does not work on the 3t when a spinning vix occurs only when a crash or reset happens from what your saying a log is present for all commands sent ie on off channel change etc

reboot the receiver and the debug log will be written to /home/root/logs/ providing you have actually activated it first.

reboot implimented

rebooted and no log present tried to view previous log dated the 3/01/2015 which was a log from a kodi error and receiver rebooted? log then opened and then a log was produced 09/01/2015 have attached
