playback of ongoing recording stops at some point in time

i often watch recordings that are still ongoing. now i've noticed that playback stops after a certain time. the one i just tested stopped after 14 minutes into the recording although recording continues. i've seen this happen multiple times. to me it looks like recordings are played back faster than they are recorded. is there something i can do about it?

I dont think it stopped....
What is the source of the recording? Sat channel? Stream?
It should be recorded and playable to the size of the packet sent.
At least it works like that on my side.

i record sat ts. i have standard video fps setting: 50 hz. now i changed to auto 50/60/24 and my test didnt stop in 75 minutes... but one test is not representative.
