are you sure it was frozen & didn't just need to be switched to an active channel?

had it on sly family hd, its all up and running now just about to load picons on usb stick

what do you mean by restart the E2 is that another term for rebooting the box?

followed 7 day epg guide all sorted, you guys are great, went to the effort of uploading a picture as well of the set up

When on that EPG screen, you can now press the TV button to switch between bouquets.
Only other plugin I usually add is OnDemand, found in the feeds.

Aso have a look at this tutorial for taking screenshots, can be handy when you come across any issues in future.
