[VU+ Duo] Problem with flashing image

I am having problems flashing the new image on to the box, i followed the flash directions for a USB and when I restart the box it is stuck on "Starting".
can anyone help.

By the sounds of things you need to flash the cfe as well.. which can be found ...HERE...

Also remove any usb stick at the rear if you have one.
