[ABM-DVB-S/S2] Problem with SD Channels displaying

I was recently having loads of problems with my VU+ Duo picture freezing every few moments so did a fresh VIX install. I am of the mind that trial and error is a good way of learning but i have been beaten here. I had it so all the channel numbers were S*y numbers, and when the HD stuff disappeared I did something which replaced the HD channels with the SD equivalent but was the same channel number. My kids are used to tapping in 609 for Disney but at the moment it wont work as showing HD, but before would show SD channel.

I changed setting to S*y SD England Border(or something) thinking this would work but didnt. Rats bouquet just seemed to removed the HD channels. I have downloaded a few bouquets now and seem to be getting in a muddle.

1)What do I need to do to start the bouquets from fresh
2)what bouquets / options do I need to get back to how it was(I am pretty sure it was the default bouquet)

In your providers, select "Sky ZZL"

Thanks, I am re-scanning after selecting this. Is that the correct procedure?

Deselect previous provider
Select Sky ZZL as your provider, select region.

Run ABM again, not a conventional scan
