Every time i click on download plug ins the box freezes and crashes. Also if i check to see if there is a software update it also stalls (with vix image logo spining continually) I have attempted to install a previous image, but this also stalls and i have to power off the box and reboot?
I also get this message "A background update check is in progress, please wait for retry"? This continually counts down from 9 seconds and stays on the screen resetting itself?
