What OpenViX Image build number are you using?

6.9.001

Have you tried re-flashing WITHOUT settings restore?

YES

Have you tried re-flashing WITH a settings restore?

YES

After upgrading to 6.9.001 quad pip disappeared from blue button. Re-installed from plugins and everything works fine on duo 4kse but on uno 4k all four windows open normally and will not then respond to any button input. Only way to recover is to power down and restart.

Not had problem since fixing a few weeks ago.
1) need log
2) try deleting this file and restart. etc/enigma2/quadPipChannels.dat

Deleting file did not work so un-installed plugin, rebooted but quad still appeared in blue button menu......nevertheless re-installed it, rebooted and all appears to be ol now.
