Have you tried re-flashing WITHOUT settings restore?

NO

Have you tried re-flashing WITH a settings restore?

NO

After a recent crash of the receiver, and having to re flash it, when the receiver boots up, it only goes as far as the OpenVIX screen and not the TV screen or program as it did before the crash.

How can I solve this problem please

Update, problem sorted now as I restored an old backup which did the job
