Is it possible to record to two different storage locations depending on the programme being recorded? Soaps for Management to one folder on a NAS and F1 to another folder on the same NAS for example. Or one to the box's SSD and the other to the NAS?

Different locations on same device is a definite yes. You may need to add a bookmark first, then set the folder. You might be able to do the same for different device, but I am not certain.
