recording/tuner issue?

hi guys,I need to pick someones brains here, This is a little confusing but bear with me. Im having some problems with my vu+solo 2 which started a week ago, I cant make sense of it and am hoping someone can help out.
I have a motorised dish with a single feed to tuner A, and a fixed sky dish to tuner B, until last week i could record 2 channels at the same time but something has changed (i presume the better half must have ticked some setting) now for example if im watching a subcription channel on 13 east and decide to record that channel and pick a programme on 28e i can then only watch a fta channel as no subcription channel will clear on 28e. If i decide to record say BBC1 on 28e i cant watch any subcription channel on any satellite until i stop the recording but if i record a fta channel i can watch or watch and record another fta channel at the same time .
This is not a Dish or cable problem. both dishes are fine as are the cables, as i have said the problem is only with subcription channels,if anyone has any suggestions they would be very welcome, regards

Where are the subscription cards for 13E and 28E?

Do you not need to tell tuner B it is pointing to 28.2, that's the way it works with my motorised / fixed set up.
Also if using Cccam it has to be 2.30 i believe.

got it working just now, I or someone else in the house had changed to CCcam 2.0.11, I changed back to CCcam 2.3.0 and its sorted, thanks for the replys guys cheers
