[VU+ Duo] Set up problems

Hi All, New to this so please be patient, setting up new box with fixed dish tuned to Astra with quad LNB, only using 2 on this box, all seemed to go o/k, good signal, sky england and freesat as providers, showed channels but now have a message, Service not found, SID not found in PAT, also not sure when setting tuners in Simple Mode should I set to Single/Toneburst or DISEqC with my set up.
All help will be appreciated.

which exact channel ?, this message usually appears when a channel has moved or changed frequency, or as in the case of say BBC three, if you try to tune in before the channel is scheduled to broadcast. If you are only interested in sky uk (28.2 east) and you are running the ViX image, try setting up ABM to automate the setup and maintenance of your channel lists, to eliminate almost all instances of this problem from reoccurring.
