Shoutcast plugin crashed my 026 and I couldnt start it again. I'm losing hope. Fortunately, I did back-up my settings.

I am sorry and I don't mean to come across as rude, but how in the seven hells do you expect us to provide help with so little information to go on ?. You have not even provided the bare minimum of a crash log for us to look at.

I try to get my receiver started. I try reflashing 026 without restoring without plugins. Then I can access the crash log. Anyway, I should wait for the next real stable update.

I can't start the receiver when restoring only settings. So, again complete clean reflash and setup for 026 is ahead.

I recreated everything from the scratch. I reflashed with 026 and used no old files. My old shoutcast favorite file might have been the reason for crashing but I leave that plugin off so far. Now everything seems to work alright. I hope online updates will be more common again. Anyway, I appreciate your efforts in creating a great product.

I am happy you have resolved your issue and I again want to apologise if I came across as a dick, this was not my intension, frustration got the batter of me on this one.

Once again sorry.

The OnDemand plugin includes perfectly working SHOUTcast streams. If you can't get your usual plugin to work, maybe try that.

OnDemand doesn't show what is playing. OnDemand is obviously only for British users, for others it is quite useless. I don't even want to install it.

The video streaming portions of Ondemand are geo locked but the Iradio part which includes the shoutcast streams are not. But as you have no interest in even trying it you will never know now will you ?.

As I said, Shoutcast in OnDemand doesn't show what is playing. I have tried it, so I know.
The Shoutcast separate plugin certainly crashes 026, I tried that again. Fortunately the receiver restarted and I removed it. I tried to send the crashlog through the receiver with no success. I understand that this function doesn't work.

The logs manager was fixed months ago so there should be no problem there as for the shoutcast plugin, it depends as if its closed source there will be nothing we can do about it.

Wow... Sorry for providing a working solution.

Just for British users? You can get RTE player on it for Irish users.
