[VU+ Solo] solo dos not pickup usb on sartup

Originally it was a micro usb Sandisk that was working no problem,up until I flashed upto apollo recently, then I started having these problems, so I have now tried my trusted Intergral usb with no fail usually,but this is giving the same results.Freezing.
I have no hdd and the issues I am having is in the Gigablue 800UE.
